From the photographs by Coralee Stone, it’s clear Mahia and Jason are warm and fun-loving people who wanted to bring their personalities to their wedding day. In the morning, Mahia’s bridesmaids put the groom and his men through a series of tough challenges before he was allowed to greet his bride. After a traditional tea ceremony, Mahia changed her red Chinese dress for a fishtail gown.

Lisa and Mike chose to do a private “first look” shoot down by an old boatshed on Little Oneroa beach, before joining their guests in an olive grove for a personal and intimate ceremony.
