Meet and Greet Service at Auckland Airport
If you are arriving at Auckland airport, we can pre-book your transport to meet you on arrival at the terminal and transfer to the ferry terminal in downtown Auckland – your driver will aim to get you on the next ferry sailing to the island and call the Lodge so that we can have transport to meet you.
After a long flight, it can make such a difference to know that someone will meet you who knows Waiheke and Te Whau Lodge and will make your transfer as smooth as possible.
Getting Around
Te Whau Lodge provides complimentary transfers to and from the local ferry terminal or airfield. If you want to explore the island during your stay, shuttles, taxis and rental cars (Waiheke Rentals and Offshore Rentals) are available and can be arranged when you are here.
Activities
The island offers a wide range of activities and Liz and Gene will be happy to help you plan your stay - of course, curled up in the sun with a good book can be equally good!
If you do wish to get out to enjoy the island, activities include:
