Reservations
Reservations are secured by providing credit card details - Visa, Mastercard, Diners and Amex are accepted.
» Check availability and make a reservation.
 Cancellations
Within 30 days of arrival date, 25% of total booking will be charged.
Within 7 days of arrival date, 100% of total booking will be charged.
If we are able to replace a booking, no cancellation fee is charged.
 Children
Te Whau Lodge does not have facilities suitable for children.
Check-in Times
Our usual check-in time is from 2pm and check-out is by 10.30am.
Depending on bookings we may be able to accommodate alternate times by arrangement.
